Who Will Succeed in This Role?
You will have experience of supporting complex Cisco network architectures and security solutions. You're comfortable working as part of a team of engineers to deliver support services into public sector organisations. You understand how to deliver outstanding customer service, managing customer incidents and service requests within defined SLA's and KPI's.

- Have an excellent understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital strategies, solutions and trends.
- An excellent understanding of Cisco’s network and security solutions.
- Possess situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from both business and technology perspectives.
- Display an ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery, including strong client-facing and team collaboration skills.
- Show empathy, curiosity, and a desire to challenge and constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results.
What Knowledge, Qualifications And Experience Are Required?
- CCNA Minimum
- DV Security clearance
- 3 years + experience supporting Cisco networks and security solutions.
- Experience in a NOC or SOC environment, providing monitoring, management and SWIM services for Cisco networks and applications.
- A good understanding of the following Cisco solutions and applications: DNA-C, Prime Infrastructure, Umbrella and AnyConnect.
- A good understanding of products such as Catalyst, ISR/ASR, ASA/FTD and ISE.
- Excellent communicator, able to build and maintain effective relationships with both customers and peers.
- Excellent documentation skills, able to produce clear and accurate designs and documentation.
- Ability to deliver against deadlines and within client SLA’s.
