Network Consultant / Design / Pre Sales / Post Sales / Technical / Cisco / CCNP / CCIE / Routing / Switching / Wireless / Security / Permanent / Contract

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cisco Consultant to provide professional services for Forfusion Government Secure Services on behalf of a major network equipment vendor. The role will expose the consultant to a significant proportion of the vendor’s portfolio and, where required, support will be provided to the consultant by the manufacturers Advanced Services team.

The Network Consultant will act as the primary technical contact at a prestigious customer location in Telford requiring SC clearance.

Duties expected of the Network Consultant are:

  1. Assist with customer design issues and reviews
  2. Ensure resolution of pre sales queries

Where a query cannot be answered by the consultant the query will be triaged and access provided to the vendors Advanced Services, Business Units and TAC. To fulfil this role access is given to a significant proportion of the vendor’s internal databases, documentation and support processes.
